Using this site
These terms describe use of Donatila AI, operated by Mundi Solutions Group LLC. Use the site lawfully and share only information you have authority to provide. An inquiry does not create a client relationship or a service commitment; professional work requires a separate agreement.
Early access and payments
Ready Lite is free public early access. Business, Plus, Family and Guided retain their controlled early-access scope. Features may change or be paused during development. This site collects no payments. Published prices do not activate a subscription. Final payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be displayed and approved before any purchase.
Recommendations and household responsibility
The current assistant uses rules and templates; it does not send household information to a live AI model. Recommendations depend on available inputs and sources. County context does not verify a home, evacuation route or future condition. Check information and apply judgment. Invite only authorized people and assign appropriate roles.
Service limits
General content does not replace professional, legal, medical, financial or insurance advice. The site does not dispatch emergencies or provide continuous monitoring or immediate response. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services and follow official instructions. References to standards do not imply certification, endorsement or guaranteed results.
Acceptable use
Do not access other people’s accounts, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, send spam or disrupt the service. We may limit requests or suspend abusive access. Do not submit sensitive information that the requested function does not need.
Intellectual property and links
Brands, designs and original materials belong to Mundi Solutions Group LLC or are used under license. You may use the intended features and share links. Other commercial use or reproduction requires permission or a valid legal basis. We do not control external websites or their availability.
Availability and your rights
The site is provided as available and may contain errors or experience interruptions. We do not guarantee preparedness, safety or outcomes. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Separate service agreements govern contracted work.
